In the initial interview, we assess the candidate's fitness and suitability for the role of a security professional. 

In the second step, candidates fill out a preliminary form with essential details and agrees to working terms.
This form also includes a Police Verification Record (PVR) to ensure a clean background. 

Following this, there is another round of background checks and thorough document scrutiny  to ensure the candidate's credibility

Successful candidates are asked to complete the final admission form, confirming their commitment to our team.

Once that is done, candidate undergoes comprehensive pre-deployment training, making them ready with the necessary skills and knowledge for the job. 

After successful training, candidates are deployed to their respective roles, where they put their training into practice to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Continuous improvement is a priority, thus regular post-deployment training sessions are conducted to keep our security professionals up-to-date with the latest practices and developments in the field.
